The Northern Costa Blanca

Moraira lies conveniently midway between the international airports of Alicante and Valencia which are connected to all major European airports. The luxury of a fine motorway connecting the two cities speeds the way to this acknowledged beauty area of the Northern Costa Blanca. The spectacular journey from either Valencia or Alicante through terraced mountains and valleys green and lush with ripening orange groves and almond plantations gives the region its name, Northern Costa Blanca.

Properties in the Orba & Jalon Valleys are wide ranging, traditional apartments and townhouses are found in the villages along with some new styles inter mingled. On the outskirts of the villages bungalows, villas and farmhouses can be found.
Orba is approximately 18 km. From the coast of Denia and for many years this was mainly an agricultural area. The main income being from citrus fruits and almonds.
During the last few years new urbanisations have been built with breathtaking views over the countryside.

Calpe has over the last 30 years has grown from a fishing village to a Tourist area with many apartments and Villas being built. There are two marinas, Club Nautico is the main and close to the beach area, with restaurants and its own clubhouse and on the edge of Calpe is the smaller Marina, Puerto Blanco which is quieter and fewer facilities.
The town of Calpe offers apartments and townhouses and a choice of bungalows and villas to suit all tastes and prices, even older traditional style properties.
On a Saturday one can wander through the narrow streets of the old town and purchase leather goods, fruit & vegetables and clothing in the market.
Calpe today has a cosmopolitan atmosphere of mixed nationalities all being catered for.

Denia is town that is alive all year round.
The remains of the castle is a must when visiting this town. It is situated in the town centre facing the sea. This was originally built in the Islamic period and renovated over the years which shows in the different styles of architecture

The two towns of Javea and Moraira are continuous in growth and offer with their charm and character combined with a strong international atmosphere, the ideal place for your Villa in this beautiful part of Spain

The Mid Region

The town of Torrevieja lies approx. 45 kms. south of Alicante, the towering pyramids of white salt and the echoes of habaneras floating in the air are two of the main things that seem to remain in the memories of visitors to this area, but Torrevieja has much more to offer as it has a long seafaring tradition, a privileged climate, excellent beaches and modern infrastructure which have made it one of the major attractions on the Mediterranean coastline.

The Southern Region

To either have a holiday home or be a resident in the area of Los Alcazares is like a dream come true. To experience this we would recommend spending time in the area enjoying the facilities available.
